Well... here you are my theory about Revolutions based on the trailer.

The main idea of Salahuddin don´t look bad to me, but I think that the machines ask Neo for help in the beggining, not at the end.

Neo gets trapped after talking to the architect (so the last ten minutes of reloaded are just a simulation, created to (or for) Neo. Trinity and Morpheus are alone, and trying to free Neo from his virtual prision (they will go inside matrix in order to archieve this). Meanwhile the main system explain Neo that there is no outside world. No man can live at his own. The only way to live is inside Matrix (yes... Zion is inside Matrix, too), but there is a problem. They detected that a long time ago, and created the Oracle to guide Neo in his training (the Oracle can be compared to the Office´s Clip) The problem is a "program revelion" (maybe they run in a windows server :lol:) it started with Merovingio, Persephone and others, but it reached critical with Smith, and want Neo to clean the system.

Neo defeat everybody, but at the last moment, when he is going to challenge Smith, Morpheus and Trinity reach him, and "awake" him in Zion world. He is dissoriented, cant think clearly. It has been a extreme experience, so he must rest.

In that point the humans are fighting the machines (cause it is their program) and Bane reveals his identity to Neo, and explain him more things about how he will control Matrix.

Neo kills him, and he realize that he must go inside matrix again and end the work, but there is no power enought in Zion to establish a link, so they go aboard the Logos, and escape the machines to find a place where they can make the contact. The machines pursuit them, while Neo makes the "explosion trick" (he use the bandana to concentrate "last flight of osiris" style, no because he is blind).

At the lat moment the machines take control of the logos, but instead of destroy it, they are looking to plug Neo in to the last fight with Smith... ¿Will he win? the answer in november ;)
