Nice explanation - a few other bits.

I think it obvious that the matrix is 're-booted' at the end of the movie (scene with cat + Indian girl), but is the indian girl the new 'One'? Is that how she made the sunrise? Who controls the new Matrix? It seems the architect concedes to the Oracle at the end (about what I don't know).
