Subject: Proof Zion is a form/part of the Matrix

Alright, I think this might be "proof" of this theory- there are already the people who believe this is true since neo still has powers in the "real world" and also because he can see even though his eyes are nonfunctional (similar to the way he can see in the matrix). In the beginning of the movie, the opening minute or two, there's a cgi sequence that zooms through matrix code, and seems to dive deep into it unveiling what looks like different code; the code/light that neo sees in the "real world". Do you think this is a reference to zion/machine world not truly being real, but rather another method of control, supporting the theory that neo has transcended to the "real world" like the messiah he is supposed to be (only to become resurrected like in the biblical story of Jesus..he transcends to heaven before returning). Makes sense to me...
