At the end of revolutions the orical says she expects to see neo again, how can that happen when smith cloned himself and the source destroyed him in the matrix, I thought the body couldn't live without the mind. And when he is carried off by the machine we were looking at what he would be seeing since his eyes were burned and I cant stop thinking if he is still alive. There needs to be a 4th soon to have better closure as to what happend to neo, zion, and the rest of the characters.
