U neva know, morpheous could well of been "bugged" but i doubt it ment bugged like a tracking device or thing like that.

My theory is that When Agent smith tryed to "bug" Neo he did something to him that made him able to destroy the sentinals at the end.

Thats probobly wrong, Neo was probobly bugged when he killed Smith at the end of Matrix 1, but whichever i think he got the power to destroy machines from agent smith
