Control, to turn the human body into this...

Control how? is the question?

By 'choice' of course, but every choice has an effect therefore we have 'cause and effect' 'action, reaction'.

Control over someone as understanding as Neo and the previous 'anomilies' has been done by giving them choices along the path to the source. However theses choices have been lopsided because they wouldn't lead him to the source if they were equal choices. So far the choices have been easy to make for the 'anomilies' because there have been 5 before Neo who have 'reset' the matrix without an unpredicted 'effect or reaction'.

Thruout the movies Neo has been given choices
(an example)
CHOICE #1 - oracle invites him to take a seat or he could remain standing.
ACTION - Neo has a choice to sit or stand
REACTION - Neo does what the oracles invites him to do based on the power of suggestion, a play on the human psyche.

Another form of choice:
The architect gives Neo two doors, one will destroy the human race in zion and crash the matrix forcing the machines to live on alternate forms of power OR walk the the other door and zion is destroyed the matrix is rebooted AND 24 people from the matrix survive to rebuild zion thus saving the human race from total extermination.

Neo has a 'choice' that is being forced upon him by his two options. Now as the 'anomilies' before Neo have done they choose based off of compation to save the human race.

Choice 1) Destory the entire human race and force the machines to live substandardly
Choice 2) Zion is destoryed, the human race plugged into the matrix are rebooted and the anomilie takes 24 humans from the matrix back to zion to rebuild.

So they weren't really given a choice but Neo on the other hand has a different approach in which he says "this isn't right". Because he is being forced to make the decision that will continue the recycle of the matrix. So in his ultimate moment of human emotion he decides to "tell you how this is going to begin"

If some of this doesn't make sense, I haven't slept for about 30 hrs...sry
