Firstly, this is YOUR opinion, only the bros know the truth. There is no right/wrong/proof at this stage, after revolutions there hopefully will be.

Try and think of it as all one matrix rather than "matrix inside matrix". I'll refer to it as the "Entire Matrix" theory.

There is plenty of evidence to support this theory if you read the previous posts properly. Try arguing against the key points based on this theory before just writing it off as too complicated. Just because it may seem complicated to you, it doesn't mean it isn't true.

Maybe, maybe not...there is no right or wrong yet.

I didn't realise ANYONE disputed that agents control the sentinels.

There is no "proof" that Neo gained power over the sentinels from Smith. Its just your theory, right or wrong. Neo could just have easily gained this power on his own, just as he gained the powers to take on agents, catch helicopters, dodge bullets, fly etc.

I think the real world you refer to is still the matrix, just a different level/dimension whatever you want to call it. Try and think of it as a game with each level representing different areas of the Matrix. So far we've seen two levels. You could equate to Neo dying in the first film to dying in the game and getting an extra life. :)

The real problems with your explanation lies with the activities that have taken place in the "real" world such as Neo destroying sentinels, Smith taking over human bodies, going back in time etc. If all of these things are truly occuring in the real world it would IMO be a disappointing conclusion to the story, and highly unbelievable. Which is why many people like myself look to the "Entire Matrix" theory for a more plausable answer/conclusion.

Time will tell :)
