Am I mistaken, as I have only seen the movie once, but I do recall vividly that you can see Trinity smash into a car below.

I thought of this as Neo said to the Oracle that he had never seen her die.

What I made of this is that Neo SHOULD have chose the other door and rebooted the Matrix, but instead changed the rules and events within.

Someone please tell me if I am crazy and just imagining it, because I am 99% sure I saw Trinity's undoubted death in the opening dream.
