Without getting into predetermination and changing the future from what was in a vision, I would say that the object that hit the car was the agent, not Trinity. Neo's vision was incomplete, and so it was meaningless. That's what Ender was saying earlier in this thread, about misinterpreting a single frame or sequence of frames from the big movie strip of life, er, somethin' like that.
