You can`t really translate that, french swearing is - I think like in any other language as well - an own "code system". The funny thing with french - and that`s what the guy wanted to say with his example - is that you can take single "bad words" and put them together on a chain, always connected with "de" ("0f"), and that you can basically make this chain go on forever.
