After watching the Animatrix episodes, The Second Rennaisance I and II, I see that the W. brothers stand by the history recited by Morpheus, that there was a war between the machines and man, and that the machines then enslaved men and used them for power. Therefore my first theory is dead. Waaaaaaa!!!!
