Subject: Why Neo could stop the sentinels
In reply to: Jim F. 's message, "How old is the Matrix?" on 03:46:46 06/03/03 Tue

The old Matrix scenario may also offer an explanation of why Neo, who is Human, can stop the sentinels in the real world (which in this scenario really is the real world.) We have had an additional 4,000 or so of evolution - evolution while connected to the Matrix. Having our energies sapped constantly may hve caused us to evolve a much more powerfull nervous system, able to generate great amounts of electricity. Neo can send out an EMP because he has evolved the ability, maybe we all can do it, and just have to realize it.
