All clues must be used, whether from the Matrix game, the Animatrix movies (the ones by the W. brothers), the promos for the online RPG game, and the Media. The latter gives us this: Keanu was quoted as saying that the last scene (last filmed) was done, that it had 300 some extras, and that it was taking place in the machine city. This is not a great clue, but it confirms the Animatrix Second Renaisance movies and shows that they are truly a part of the puzzle. In coming up with the "How old is the Matrix" scheme, I have utilized all of these sources, but of course I could be dead wrong. Yet it all fits nicely.

Another tidbit I just realized: I have known that everyone's name had a meaning in this movie. Morheus means change, he changes Neo, brings him out. Cypher was cryptic, secret, a spy. Neo, of course is the one, also read new. Nebadchanezer was a king who fought against an invading army or something like that. The Oracle and the Architect are obvious. One that I could not figure out was Trinity. I just saw a filmed video sequence from the game. In it, the Oracle (played by the new actor) mentions to Seraph that the three ships are crucial to everything - the ships that help Neo go see the Architect. She mentions the word or the name Trinity and it all came together. One of the ships fails in the movie, remember? And Trinity enters the Matrix to take the place of the crew who are dead. Thus she is named for the fact that she completes the "Trinity" of her, the Nebadchanezer, and Logos. By the way, one meaning of the word Logos is "...often identified with the second person in the Trinity." Cool!!!

By the way, I forgot to mention Noah in my list. So:
