應不應該為親人隱瞞犯法的過失？
以現代來說似乎不必要了，現代社會的懲教制度比較好，社會並不會動輒用重刑對付犯人，而且比較著重教道人們改過自新。
孔子時代怎樣對付小偷？如果只是偷了一些東西，而要接受殘酷的懲罰，那樣，我自己都會替親人隱瞞罪行！
