Her question forced the young theif to think quickly, something he was well used to. He smiles innocently as he replies as firmly as one to speak the truth would say. "We come to trade goods with the towns people of Jintal, fruits from the north shores.." he replies. He had lived in Galihand, however brief. He knew what it was like up there, so many treasured fruits grew on the trees just beyond the vast Tor Beach. He looked to her sword, somewhat uneasily, for he didn't have one of his own. Of course, that's what throwing daggers are for aren't they? To avoid sword to sword combat and just stick it in one's enemy's back? He didn't think of it more after that one thought. He suddenly forced himself to think about her name, he thought he'd it before, though maybe a long time ago, maybe in Galihand or one of the other cities. What did it matter though? So what if he had heard her name, many knew his, after all, he was one of the best theives in all of Middle Eromida (the middle region places.. includes the desert and mountains).
Eryk looks curiously to Aerian as he takes the hat of his black clothing off for once. Revealing blue-black hair that was rather messy and untamable, though he wore a red bandana over a good portion of it. He smiles to Aerian. "What brings you to Jintal?" he asks her. "You don't much seem like a local.." he comments. In truth, the way he knew was he had never seen her before in Jintal, he knew almost every single villager, if not all already. But, it was best to keep up his act of being from the north.
