The ISBN for 'The Thief, the Cross, and the Wheel' is 0226520153. I've checked amazon.com and they have it in stock. You can find book info and several reviews at this page:

The other one is a little tricky, as it has been out of print for years. The author, I remembered, is a guy named John Swain. There are, however, several used copies of it, ranging in editions from the 1930s through the 50s, in various states of disrepair, at amazon.com as well. If you go to the page below, it should bring up a search on it, and give you all the options available:
