I feel that in the NHL, wingers are switched frequently now. Most listed as RW will play both positions at some time during the year.

For this reason, I think all Wingers should be allowed to play either wing but with a condition. Players usually are given a chance to adjust to a position. So some method of ensuring when you chose which wing a player is to play, he remains there for at least a month of play or something. That may be hard to do though, so I would suggest we get to chose a wing for our wingers at season's start, and then he remains there all season
