>I have been bulemic for 9 years now. eating little bits throughout the day where your stomach doesn't feel too full helps. i find it does because it doesn't make my stomach pooch out as much, which makes me freak out. also, dring lots of water. vitimins can also help cravings. and of course if you excercise, that helps also. It is extremely hard to do, i struggle myself, but i know i do better if i at least try to do those things. Also, if u try and eat healthy things, chicken, fish, veggies, fruit, and get the bad food out of your system, your body will not be as hungry because a lot of times foods without nutritional value will make you think you are still hungry because your body is not getting the nutrition it needs. ALSO, if you just eat a little at a time, like half a sandwich, then maybe eat the rest 10 minutes later, and an apple. if your stomach feels too full, just wait, make yourself wait like 30 minutes. you may feel satisfied and not want to eat more, and you won't feel that full feeling as bad. it is important too to not skip meals, eat like 5 small meals throughout the day, and don't let your hunger build. Also, if you slow down when you eat , and chew more, take time to taste food and sit down at a table without the tv on or other destractions. sorry to babble, hope this helped a little.
