oh, also, your are a beautiful person and you probably don't realize that you are a great person. Give yourself some credit, and be proud of yourself for seeking help, that is an extremely important step, a step towards recovery. Do some soul searching, read a book, take a bike ride. It helps to find other ways to release stress.Good luck, you can do it!
