 Image extraction didn't seem to work on all PDFs. Does it only work on certain types of PDF images at certain DPIs? The PDFs I have are scans of documents at 150 DPI.

It would also be helpful to include the file name of the open PDF in the View and Images Tabs.

Also, extracting images to other formats (eg TIFF) with different DPIs would also be helpful.
