Image DPIs is not a problem. Those images are probably divided in several blocks of scan lines (technique used by some pdfs
creators) and Acrobat draws them in order to create the whole image. Each one of those blocks are inside pdf structure one
image object. PDF Explorer search for images objects inside pdf file and only extract if image object have more than one line.
Another problem is the format of the image object. PDF Explorer doesn't currently support all the formats now used by
Acrobat specifications. If you can link or email to me one of those files (a little one please) I can give you the correct
explanation to the problem.

Filename is now (beta 1.5 in development stage) visualised in the program title bar.
