A few days ago I ran a batch function in Adobe Acrobat to change the open options for all of my PDFs. This resulted in losing the properties that I had entered in PDF Explorer for many of the files.

Looking at the internal structure of the PDFs, where PDF Explorer has changed the properties in their original location there is no problem. In other files PDF Explorer has added a second properties section to the end of the file. This disappears and the information is lost when the file is saved in Acrobat.
