This situation can occur if you have done the info field edition using a previous PDFE version that did not have support to edit the XMP Block object, or when PDFE can not edit (limitation that is going to be defeated very soon) the XMP block. Acrobat only use the XMP metadata information, when available, and discard the standard info object.
If you have a backup of your PDFE database with the old info fields information you can use the UpdateInfoFields batch tool to enter the information again to all your pdf files.
By the way, PDFE always add a info section to the end of the PDF file (using pdf incremental update rules). Never do the edition of info fields in the old, not PDFE created, object.

Changing subject, your grid Bookmark idea is now alive and kicking ;)
