I have a miller syncrowave 250 in my garage. My house had a 100 amp load center and was electrically sound in that there were no overload problems. I had an electrician add a 200 amp service to my house so the simple math says that I now have 100 amps to spare. I installed a 70 amp feeder to my CNC Plasma cutter in the garage. Then I bought my miller 250. I use the same outlet for the miller since both machines came stock with the same plugs. I have not experienced any problem in the garage or in the house.
