to weld alu you can do in the follow ways:
1.with a good inverter like the miller 1500 type(they bay'it from fronius austria bat they stop)a good alu electrode in the alu type 4043 or 5356 dont jump over 100amp short arc angel 90
2.you can also with acetelen&o flame with j.w.harris flux and rods
3.you can also in mig way but is more complicated becouse
a lot of machines say we do and they dont and you realy must be perfect one tto get any success.

i'm 35 years experience in demo welding in israel.
