I just bought a lincoln 90amp mig.I've welded to flat bar of steel .095 thick on top of each other..and they stick great..but when i try welding two .095 1''Square tubes perpendicular to each other..they stick but if i throw up in air and they hit ground they break? Its mild steel..using .30 gasless migwire on max setting. Is there a trick to this? Im watching the weld pool build and its getting red hot and all...but not sticking. if you haven't guessed im new to welding..but i learn very quick
