Een korte reactie op de discussie:

Gezien het regulier aantal voorstellingen en de bijkomende gigs is het handig om een duidelijk kwaliteitsbeleid te hebben en dat beleid neer te leggen in een document. Dat document is er nu niet. Ten behoeve van de duidelijkheid voor een ieder is het volgens mij erg praktisch en verstandig bovendien om een afzonderlijke vergadering te houden (dus niet de ALV!) om zoiets vat te leggen.

Met toenemende bezoekersaantallen en toenemende verwachtingspatronen mag Lof en Zotheid professioneler overkomen. En wat het publiek ziet is de presentator en de teams. Beide moeten overtuigen en voortgang uitstralen, in welk tempo dan ook.

Dus, bestuur en spelers, verzin een list, schrijf die op, beleg een vergadering, wees gezond kritisch op jezelf en de ander en vooral, val niet in slaap van vermoeidheid!
