Sherri,
I think ,especially when it comes to being frustrated, children seem to react the same way that their parents do. I think that showing them a new approach to handling those situations is so important. Even though it took awhile it seems like you had a major effect on the students attitude/behavior. I am glad to hear such a success story. Patience is often the hardest thing to have but what students need the most!!
