Josh, I think you make a very good point mentioning the various types of intelligences and skill sets that different individuals may have. We actually discussed one such alternate test, the farmer's intelligence test or something like that, in my assessments course. It's so important to remember as teachers and counselors that intelligence and ability can manifest themselves a number of different ways.
