I know many of you who knew him liked him both as No.1 and as a man. I served on his gun crew in Devizes and found him great to work for, he always appeared quite laid back, but, knew his stuff. His funeral will take place on Friday 4th May in Southend. I do not have the exact location at this time, but will post it as soon as I know.
