Hiya everyone -

Just to let you know that I am cycling 360+ miles at the end of May to raise money for Help for Heroes. Why not visit the www.helpforheroes.org.uk site, or even visit my page at www.justgiving/brianpayne for a laugh at my picture - and maybe donate a quid or two! I know things are a bit tight for all of us at present, so expressions of support are equally welcome.

I haven'y forgotten about sending a whole series of photos - I've just not my act in gear.
