On behalf of the Convention Committee, I wish to inform you that we are continuing to research locations and costs for the 2003 Annual Convention.

The hunt for a local has been on-going since August, but in attempting to meet the Organizations requirements, the desired cost, and other requests from the 2002 Convention Surveys, we are having great difficulty in finding locations to meet all of this.

As a result, the Committee has contacted an independent service that is currently researching the Portland, OR area. A summary of information shall be made available to us the first week of December for the IEB to review and use in determining the 2003 Convention location.

I thank you for your continued patience and assure you that we will be sure to make information available as soon as we have it.
