A few individuals have asked whether there would be suites available under the hotel block for convention. Currently, Alpha Omega Epsilon only has standard rooms under our block. However, a provision in our contract allows for upgrade to a suite for an additional charge, subject to room availability.

Here are the rates for the rooms at the Sheraton Safari Hotel for the 2004 Convention:
Standard: $85/night
Safari Suite: $125/night
Executive Suite: $145/night

The number of suites in the hotel are limited. If an upgrade is desired, please contact the hotel as soon as possible for reservations at 407-239-0444.

Due to increased security measures, the hotel will only let those named on the reservation to check into the room. So if you will be sharing a room with other attendees, the person who made the reservation should ensure that the other names of those staying in the hotel are listed under the reservation. This way anyone who will be staying in that room can check in, without having to wait for the individual who reserved the room to arrive. The Convention Committee would hate for anyone to be stranded in the lobby, waiting for another person to arrive. Please take this under consideration when making your reservation.
