For all of you who are attending convention, please do not forget to mail in your registration form by June 15, 2004 to get the full-discounted registration rate. The registration mailing must be postmarked by June 15 to qualify for the lower rate. After June 15, the base registration cost begins to increase. So register within the next 2 weeks to get the cheapest cost for yourself, your chapter, or your colony. (The registration form has been submitted for posting on the website.)

Payment for your registration fee must be included with the registration form. Checks should be made payable to Alpha Omega Epsilon Sorority. Registration forms and payments can be mailed to:

The sorority has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Safari Hotel which is located at 12205 Apopka-Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32836 (www.sheratonsafari.com). Each guest is responsible for making her own accommodations.

The rate is $85/night for up to 4 people plus applicable taxes (11.5%). You must specify that you are with Alpha Omega Epsilon to get this special rate. Rooms are based on availability. The hotel can extend the group rate three days before and after the convention dates, subject to availability. Call 800-423-3297 or 407-239-0444 for reservations.

Rooms not reserved prior to Wednesday, July 7, 2004 will be released from our reservation, therefore room availability cannot be guaranteed after July 7. If rooms in the block are all reserved, please contact Mary Anne Moore at 912-265-7548 or convention@aoesorority.org.

If you are looking to share a room or have space in your room that you wish to share, please let me know at convention@aoesorority.org. I will try to match you with each other.
