My response doesn't seem flamey at all to me. I'll admit that I asked you a few personal questions, yes, but I'd love to hear your response to the ones that weren't. I'm honestly curious about the answers- coming from someone who is so strongly in favour of certain 'underappreciated' characters, why not sing their praises rather than damn the others? Sorry- the bad fan interpretations of the others.
Besides that you have to admit that I stayed on topic rather well. S/K is very plausible in a sexual sense- Subaru's no stunning icon of morality and selflessness, and it's perfectly fair to ask you why you admit that in other discussions yet it doesn't apply here. Perhaps you have a perfectly good reason, I just wanted to hear it. Otherwise it comes off as 'Well look, it's Aeanagwen and she's coming down on the possibility of a YAOI pairing the way the fans see it- surprise, surprise'. It doesn't make sense that Subaru is terribly flawed most of the time, but not when it's inconvienient to your purpose.

Yes, that aside about your fanfiction was a little uncalled for in the discussion at hand, but you DID drag in S/S fanfiction involving sex- asking why we had to put it in if the pairing is so good- and I happen to write just that. Feel free to drag my fanfiction into something- you already have, just not directly. In general terms K/Y and Kamui/Kotori isn't written about very much at all, perhaps because of lack of fans, so I'm simply curious as to why one of their self-proclaimed proponents shies away from their fanfiction. Seems fair to me. I meant it mostly as a response to the questions about S/S fanfiction, not a personal attack. I could have put it in a different thread and taken out the direct references if you'd like, but I know you'd figure out who it was directed at anyway.
My email's always there too. If you feel like responding to any of my S/K points there instead of here, or the personal ones- which I understand- there, feel free.
Anytime,
-Ari
