Okay, trying this webpage here from the cover...

Okay, on the www.kadokawa.co.jp site, in "Help", see those three options at the bottom of the new window? Click the last one. Scroll down to were they talk about calling them or mailing them. In a box, they provide the phone numbers and then it says 'me-ru: kochira no fo-rum...'. So, click 'kochira no fo-rum'. write your message and fill out the form!

P.S. I'm pretty sure this is how you contact them, I just hope I found the right form ^_^()
