Except that Hinoto failed to see that Fuuma will kill Nataku, and not Karen or Seiichirou at Ginza. This strongly suggests that Hinoto can only see probable future, but not necessarily the real future. Nevertheless, the concept of a probable future goes against the logic of an unchangeable future since any probability other than 1 implies that there are more than one possible future.

On the other hand, based on Kakyou's reaction, it could also mean that whatever the future, the outcome remains unchange. This suggests that whichever side wins, Hinoto could still be killed by the surviving "Kamui". Given that vision of dead Kamui in Fuuma's arm, it could also mean, that whatever the outcome of the battle, Kamui would still die (no!!!).
