Fuuma should most definitely be the Judgement then. He always says "the earth cries out for change," and in the book of Revelation (change, again), the one who breaks the seven Seals will bring about the destruction of mankind/the world.

If Judgement isn't Fuuma (meaning DoE Kamui), well... that would be messed up. XD
