Perhaps you could scale back at work. I started a florist shop at home and went into work every other simday until my first pregnancy. Then I used vacation days until my second pregnancy and then used those vacation days. I just returned to work after about nine days of vacation. I hired a nanny after the births of my children to help around the house and with the girls while I helped in the business, then my husband would help as soon as he returned from work.

During that time, my florist shop has expanded into a nice sized business, we're ranked 8 in Small Business Weekly and have two employees and a nice inventory of plants. The work is easy and the shop pretty much runs itself, so I haven't decided if I will quit since I have plenty of time on my off days to create more flower bouquets.

Good luck with your desicion!
