Hello. I'm Bruce, the university rep for our local hood council.

In our neighborhood all of the students have lived together in a single dorm. It's efficent and convenient for the students, but with our university becoming more popular than ever we've found our dorms becoming overcrowded. I've been given the task of finding the best solution to accomidate everyone who wants to attend school here. It was suggested that someone on this board might have some helpful suggestions, so here I am.

I was wondering how other neighborhood's organized the housing of students on campus. Do other hoods prefer having students live in dorms, in a rented house, or do you just let the students decide where to live? Is housing segregated at all, as in by gender or upperclassmen vs. freshman?

Thanks in advance,

Dr. Bruce Lillard
