I heard that the Valentinos had to sell the Casa Fresco. Well, I might be interested in buying it. I descend from the old Fresco family, my mother was the sister of Juliana Valentino but moved to Slemmon Heights. I currently live downtown with my husband (who was born in Simmerville, btw) and our 2 kids. We run a homebased store here, "Joys'n'Toys".

We would very much like to consider buying Casa Fresco. I have a few questions:
Would we need to wait until your local day 60? I heard there is made exceptions to Sims who were born in Simmerville, and my husband was.
Would we be allowed to adjust the build before buying it? We would like the house to be smaller, but based on the same structure.
Would we be allowed to opben the "Joys'n'Toys" as a home business?
