Hello Bellue Fresco,

The Casa Fresco is for sale, I can congfirm that. We do not make reservations, though. Whoever buys it, buys it when they do.

Your questions:
1. Would we need to wait until your local day 60? I heard there is made exceptions to Sims who were born in Simmerville, and my husband was.

A: That is correct, Sims born in Simmerville can return at any time. This includes children, but not a spouse who is not a Simmerville born. So, you would need to wait until simday 60.

2. Would we be allowed to adjust the build before buying it? We would like the house to be smaller, but based on the same structure.
A: Technically you would be allowed to do any adjustments to the house before you buy it, as long as you will buy it. You could even demolish the lot completely as long as you move in. But in this case the house is very old and historical. We would allow some modifications, but the house needs to keep its characteristics. Smaller would be fine as long as it remains spacious.

3. Would we be allowed to opben the "Joys'n'Toys" as a home business?
A: All residential homes in Simmerville are allowed to run a home based business. No restrictions there.

Please contact me at my Hood Administration office for more details.
