Well, the hood opened Greymount Flats, a nice residential complex with four private rooms-which have a private bath and balcony; shared kitchen, living rooms, pool, hot tub, telescope, chess, computers, books and other amentities. It isn't just for retirees though, so there might be some single folks to move in as well. My wife and I are moving into one and she will keep her job working with a local small business and I will retire and start my novel on The History of Apple Valley's Elite and maybe chart the heavens at night. We're leaving the house to our oldest daughter-keeping our savings so that we will have enough for rent and little toys for the grandchildren.
