Hello. I am currently working full time as a nanny and a housekeeper. A family has just one little girl that I am taking care of. She does not get along with her parents at all, and she says I am her only friend. She's a pale, fragile child. Her room is a small basement room without windows. All that is in there is a book case, an uncomfortable chair, a bed, and the magical skeleton maid. In the middle of her floor is a barred hatch that is easy to fall into. It leads down to a solitary cell. I can only imagine what it is used for.

The family has done nothing wrong to the girl, they don't hit her or anything, but she is still troubled. What can I do for her?!
