You can call me Jean, Ms. Murdwaller, or both. It doesn't matter which. Well to answer your questions, Simbuquerque is a wonderful place. Only one arrogant Sim lives there (no, it's not me), but there plenty of houses away from him. The reason he is so snobby is because he thinks he is a celebrity just because he founded the Yummy Channel. The population is about 34. The SUN page says 27, but that's because it hasn't been updated.
