Thank you for answering my request.

Well, money is not really a subject, the boys inherited a lot of money when their father disappeared some time ago. You might have heard of the Bluzz family mysteriously missing, his 3 siblings and a couple babies were lost too. That event left the Bluzz family with only 2 brances, and my boys are in fact the only sims of true Bluzz blood. Even so, they inherited only a smaller part. Still, they are not in need of selling 52 Simmerville for §15000.

Yes, I can prove that the boys are descending from Stacia Bluzz. She was the mother of their father. She died long before the terrible event.

I'm currently doing quite well in business downtown. It could be of interest to open a similar store in Simmerville. I'm a florist but the store offers all kinds of decor.

If possible I'd rather like to claim land in your hood. I know 3x3 is not a big lot, but if your administration allows 3 floors I think that would be a better sollution. Like I said, we are also looking to move to a bigger house. Would immigrating to your hood be an option? Perhaps we could live above a new store?

Sincerely,
Lucy H. Bluzz
