Hello Mrs Bluzz,

It took me some time to look up facts from the old world. Fortunately, I found this list showing that Stacia Bluzz was the registered owner to 52 Simmerville, a rather small residential lot (3x3). I'm not sure if this list is correct, but I believe it was used during the TS2 revolution.

You will need to proove how you (or your two sons) relay to Stacia Bluzz. I take it there is a heritage approving your right to the land.

52 Simmerville was not rebuilt in the modern world, we have no such address today. So, although I find the §15.000 value high, we are interested in solving this matter.

a. We can pay you §15.000 and the right will be cancelled for all times.

b. If you can proove long family traditions in Simmerville, we might be able to admit you some benefit in case you like to buy some existing land for residential or commercial matters. We currently have no plans of land expropriation.

c. We also welcome any locals who might have information on the Bluzz family's local interests of the past. I'm afraid most of todday's residents were born after the revolution.
