technically-all sims can get pregnant-it just takes time. in my hood infertility is allowed to happen and my husband and i were infertile-we adopted two wonderful children. think of our surprise that when our children were teens we discovered that i was pregnant, a few simdays before becoming an elder! now i have a little girl-Elaine-in addition to my two lovely children. so keep trying or look to adopting a wonderful child.
