Ms Motoflame,
Please ignore my previous post. This law had never been practiced before, and there has now been some changes.
We realized that the father's income must of course decide how much he should pay. Here is your case explained:
Mr Mervil has admitted that he is the father of your child, and according to law he must pay the child:
§4.200 at birth (5% of his networth (minimum §1.000)
+ §800 at birthday toddler (his weekly income/7)
+ §800 at birthday child (his weekly income/7)
+ §800 at birthday teen (his weekly income/7)
His current pay cheque is §1.400 and he works 4 days a week, so his daily income will be (§1400x4)/7 = §800
So, he must pay you a total of §4200+(§800x3) = §6.600
He can either pay the §4.200 now and then §800 on each birthday, or pay §6.600 right away. If the latter, the money must be kept on a separate account in the child's name, and the household can access the money on each birthday if they want. If money is not spent the child will get access to them as teenager.
Mr Frances W. Mervil chose to pay the total sum right away.
In addition the child will get inheritance when the father dies, just like the any other child of the father.

>>Your child an claim §2000 on every birthday for as

>>Being a single mother should give you the right to
