Dear administration of Simmerville,

I am head of one of the Bluzz family branches that owns rights to som land in your neighbourhood. Before the TS2 revolution the Bluzz family owned a lot in Simmerville, according to some old papers I possess, it was lot number 51 or 52 (old handwriting is hard to read). I assume this was a residential lot as the value is estimated to �15.000.

I was married into the Bluss family, and I now speak in the name of my two twin sons, Ronald and Stacian, both 6. I'd like to sort this out before they grow up. I need help from your administration.

We are also looking to move from our downtown residence at 34 Queen Street. Immigrating to Simmerville might be an option as long as we own land there. Therefore, I'd appreciate to learn about how we could take advantage of our property.
